Every year during UltraSA, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Cape Town organizes an informal ULTRA BRAAI to welcome Dutch DJs to Cape Town and introduce them to the South African DJs.

Besides welcoming the Dutch DJs with a typical South African experience, we also want this to be an opportunity to establish connections between the South African music industry, cultural sector and creative industries, and the Dutch DJs.

This year ULTRA BRAAI will be boosted by a DJ-competition at Cape Audio College. The winning DJs will play their music during the ULTRA BRAAI to showcase upcoming local talent.
