Playful Design for Special Needs

In the Netherlands, we designed a game for older persons suffering from dementia in collaboration with two universities, a game design company and several elderly care providers. The game is called the ‘Active Cues’ and stimulates physical activity and social interaction for moderate-to severe dementia patients.
